The project redefinines hawker centres as dynamic community spaces tackling culinary succession and evolving consumer preferences. Through adaptable stall designs, multipurpose areas and experiential features, it fosters culinary exploration and learning between veteran and aspiring hawkers, not just catering to visitors, but also prioritising the primary users- the hawkers themselves. With a focus on adaptability and community building, the design fuses tradition with innovation, enriching the cultural fabric of Singapore's hawker culture.
